Accomplishments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After serving for 8 years as Precinct Chair, I was elected in May of ’23 as Randall County Chairman by the County Executive Committee. On March 5, 2024, I was competitively re-elected as Randall County Republican Chairman. I had two opponents in the primary. I won on the first ballot and carried every single precinct in that election with one exception which was a three-way tie in a very small precinct. <\/p>


<\/p>

In 10 months\u2019 time under my leadership as Chair, the Randall County Republican Party has:<\/p>


<\/p>

1. Accomplished the re-inception of a series of debate forums for the primaries called the \u201cArrowhead\u201d initiative. Debates are key to having that \u201cCompetition of Ideas\u201d for \u201cGood Governance\u201d as the Founding Fathers designed in our Republic. The High Plains Republican Women (HPRW), Amarillo Republican Women (ARW) and the Amarillo Pioneer all participated as hosts to these three debate forums. There were also 2 televised debates by local media for a total of 5 forums for the 2024 primary.<\/p>


<\/p>

 2. Executed the 2024 Amarillo Lincoln Reagan Dinner (LRD). It was the most attended (750 people) LRD ever in Amarillo history. It raised a record amount of money with a record amount of Net Cash ($144,000) distributed equally to the 5 participating groups: High Plains Republican Women (TFRW), Amarillo Republican Women, Conservative Patriots 4 Texas, Potter County Republicans and Randall County Republicans. <\/p>


<\/p>

 3. Achieved high profile notoriety to Amarillo and the State Party with the LRD booking of Eric Trump, U.S. Representative 13 Ronny Jackson, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, SD 31 Senator Kevin Sparks and many other state dignitaries. <\/p>


<\/p>

 4. Secured more precinct chairs than any Randall County Chairman in the last 40 years\u2026 24 positions filled out of 31 to be exact. Approaching an 80% fill rate. And still going.<\/p>


<\/p>

5. Positioned the Randall County Republican Party on the best financial footing in the last 40 years while moving the county electorate back toward the founding fathers design of a “Grand Old Party” system.<\/p>


<\/p>

6. Produced the 2024 Randall County Republican Convention which was one of the smoothest running county conventions in recent memory.<\/p>


<\/p>

Caveat: I did not do all this without great support from many dedicated and talented people but afforded them the leadership necessary to accomplish these great things. <\/p>

\u201cAll politics are local.\u201d The Electorate is a living, breathing thing\u2026 the Voters are the Electorate. The Electorate makes very good choices when it has good information. We must have plan. We must be strategic. We must execute.<\/p>

1. Therefore, functioning in the Founding Fathers design, having a robust debate system is critical to good governance. Politics\/Good Governance should be a Competition of Ideas.<\/p>

2. Timely and accurate communication amongst the Electorate and the Party members is critical. We must advance our efforts in using social media distribution such as Podcast News, Instagram, X, Facebook, texting and targeted advertising\/influencing in specific counties of need. We must have plan. We must be strategic. We must execute.\u00a0<\/p>

3. Fundraising is absolutely necessary to combat the encroachment of socialism in our schools, society and politics. In each of the 254 counties in Texas there is a need for assistance in the area of planned fundraising, communication targeting and network development. We must have plan. We must be strategic. 4. There are 3 legs of the stool to being successful in politics\u2026 Money, Relationships and Votes. Let\u2019s fine tune the process to focus on SUCCESS. That means winning elections in each and every precinct and each and every county in Texas. We must have plan. We must be strategic. My Christian Faith guides me in all that I do. I am a lifelong, self-employed rancher and cattleman. I am fortunate to have been involved in forming U.S. Premium Beef (uspb.com) over 20 years ago. I and my son operate a Registered Angus cattle and Quarter Horse operation in Randall County southwest of Amarillo.
